This role provides direction, guidance and leadership to NFS Onshore PMT as well as to the EPC CONTRACTORS on all SHES and Craft Training-related matters and provides oversight of the execution of the EPC CONTRACTOR’s Craft Training program.
Supports EPC CONTRACTORS in the development, implementation, execution, performance evaluation and measuring, and continual improvement of the SHES and Craft Training Program (theory and practical).
Provides direct assistance and support to the NFS Onshore PMT Site Manager in championing the Project’s SHES and Craft training and Craft competency Program and reports relevant performance metrics and recommendations for improvement on regular basis to ensure that the Site Manager can effectively champion the Craft Training program.
