الوصف الوظيفي Candidate must have driving license (MANDATORY) Candidate must be available in Qatar with NOC Functional Support Role First Line Support- Troubleshooting of Tier1 End-User level incidents Single point of contact of all IT issues Standby IT Support Services during events, and post go-live for IT Systems and Applications Providing prompt and courteous support services to COMPANY and its JVS during and outsideworking hours Provide support for peripheral devices, for example, blackberries, printers, faxes etc. andtroubleshoots associated issues. Perform emergency back-up and restoration of emails for the users. Ensuring smooth IT Operations and Functionality with 24/7 service and highest servicestandards. Consistent operations of audio video conferencing systems, Internet, and computer systems. Launching new applications, hardware’s, and projects as per the changing technology. Ensuring limited downtime of key and essential support services IT Assets Lifecycle and IT Store maintenance IT Assets Release IT Records update, and reconciliation IT Assets provision for end-users as per COMPANY policies and procedures IT Assets disposal IT Inventory and Stock Keeping: Update and manage the IT inventory and organizes stocks in the IT storage room. Coordinate with Supply department regarding the follow up of deliveries of the requested materials. Maintain hard copy files of IT invoices, delivery receipts and warranties. Maintain copies of all associated documentation and verifies monthly bills. Perform all activities related to IT Asset management such as registration, tagging, preventive maintenance, license, and usage. Service Desk Management: Assign service calls to engineers and reports upon completion or escalation of issues. Maintain and develop files and records for all printer related issues and costs overhead. Send out downtime notification to affected parties when required. Create consolidated timesheets for IT client support team. المهارات Excellent computer and software troubleshooting skills. Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving methods in solving COMPANY IT problems. Good communication and strong interpersonal skills. Efficient team leader and an excellent team player. First level of support for AutoCAD, Pastel and UPS software’s. First line of support for SAP and Portal Systems. Ability to work under pressure and good listener. Quick in learning and imparting knowledge to others. Efficient project management skills and strives to meet competitive deadlines. Training and orienting users for new hardware and software’s in order to polish user skillsets and knowledge for increasing business efficiency. Ensuring all computers are running licensed software’s and there are no copyrights infringements. Supporting other COMPANY Joint Ventures (JVS) when required such as: NKOM, NAC, QFAB, etc. Maintaining confidentiality with regard to sensitive COMPANY information.
