Role Title: Channel Planning & Campaign Management Expert

A. ROLE & CONTEXT
Purpose:
Starlink is looking for Qualified & an expert in planning, implementing and overseeing marketing strategies for different marketing and sales channels as well as channel partners.
Context:
Coordinating with the marketing team in planning marketing campaigns and measuring its effectiveness.
B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and developing marketing strategies to grow the business unit.
Manage joint venture and strategic partnerships.
Maintain P&L;oversight for consumer promotions, sales incentives and marketing programs.
Responsible for directing a large, diverse marketing group that creatively leads the company in analysing market trends, opportunities and challenges.
Outbound Channel & Outbound Resources Dimensioning.
Agents Resource Allocation & Reallocation Management
Campaigns Creation & Testing in all the systems
Beta Testing of the Different Target Lists; Coordination and Automation with BI Team.
Ensuring smooth running of campaigns without any interruption.
Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines

C. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in channel marketing.
In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in channel marketing.
D. SKILLS
Communication skills - this role requires communicating effectively, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must for success Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
Analytical abilities - channel marketing managers analyse data, observe trends, and report and evaluate the success of campaigns and social engagement, which requires strong analytical abilities
Teamwork - channel marketing managers often collaborate with a team and other departments or external contacts. For this reason, it’s important that they’re polite, professional, and courteous with colleagues, and that they work well in a team
Other Skills
Organization skills - channel marketing managers often work with different colleagues and teams on multiple projects at one time, so the ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized is essential
