Final Vision Events Management is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Representative vacancy, in order to expand our marketing outreach, acquire new clients, penetrate new markets, and support the marketing department.
The below responsibilities are the exact responsibilities that will be expected from you, so please read them carefully.
Responsibilities:
Regularly keeping track of all events happening in Qatar (Online, social media...etc), updating the events calendar, and lead generation plan
Generating leads by contacting companies (through phone, emails, and meetings)
Setting up appointments with prospective companies & potential clients for marketing manager to meet them and create proposals
Calling exhibiting companies for various exhibitions; introduce the company and arrange meetings to offer them our services
Present and sell company products and services (Event management services)
using a CRM software to keep track of all logs, tasks, assigning meetings to colleagues, and sales pipeline.
Help develop and submit professional, clear and effective proposals for current and prospective customers. In addition to being involved with colleagues’ proposals preparation.
Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships; and regularly following up.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Fluent English/Arabic speaker and writer
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business , finance, or related field
3-4 years of sales / marketing experience (in Qatar)
EXCELLENT communication, email writing, and verbal skills
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and will have a clear focus on business development
