The E-Commerce Officer will be responsible for the daily packing and dispatch of orders received, together with associated E-commerce team, and the longer-term development of the Online retail business. He /she will ensure maintaining a continuous communication with customers to deliver an exceptional customer service.
Process and dispatch orders requests received through Alif website across the fulfilment team.
Preform daily reports of orders received, fulfillment, delivered, returned, refunds items as necessary and keep accurate records of items returned or lost in transit.
Check and upload new stock to the ERP system as required. Manage stock levels using the SAP B1 ERP system. Report shortages and order stock.
Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
Product knowledge of E-commerce products to preform after sales for Online customer service. Manage and exceed customer expectations. Respond to emails as well as answer phone messages in 24 hours or less. Ensure the customer’s reception of packages on a timely manner.
Monitor listings and take action on under-performing product lines. Liaise with store keepers regarding missing/damaged items, warranty claims or returns.
Perform end off day report to all payment processing and refunds cash in / cash out.

Experience with web merchandising and Online retailing
Working Knowledge of Majento, Wordpress, woo commerce , Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, etc
