الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities · Lead and manage the day-to-day recruitment activities within the HR department to ensure standards are followed · Update current and design new recruiting procedures in line with the company’s policy · Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance · Conduct interviews with all management candidates to ensure the best hires · Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) · Develop and Implement New Talent Acquisition strategies and hiring plans · Review recruitment software and job advertising options in order to suggest the best option for company needs · Research, plan and participate in recruitment trips, job fairs and career events · Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs · Coach and counsel Department heads to formulate effective recruitment and succession strategies including the creation of Job Descriptions, KPIs and appraisal processes · Manage the recruitment advertising budget and coordinate all websites · Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals and other partners to improve our employer brand Other duties as assigned by management المهارات · Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases · Knowledge of labor legislation · Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation · Familiarity with social media and other professional networks · Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills · Strong decision-making skills · BSc/Professional certifications in Human Resources Management or related fields تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/recruitment-manager-4464009/ |
