Job Responsibilities:
Ensure attaining targeted sales volumes and turnover
Develop sales and trade marketing plans.
Coordinating with sales team to ensure effective execution of all sales fundamentals (POS reach, availability of SKU’s, visibility and share of space, shelf pricing, execution of promotional activities)
Work in partnership with the sales team (Food Service and Retail) to identify potential products.
Closely monitor stock levels.
Continuously provide insights on the channel, category, and shopper trends
Ensure effective execution of brand activities including new product launches
Track, monitor, and report key competitor activities, providing insights/plans to drive competitive advantage.
Analyze and provide recommendations/action plans on intelligence and sales admin reports
المهارات
Qualifications:
University Degree related to the field.
5-7 years of commercial experience (sales/trade marketing)
FMCG background is a must, ideally in chilled/frozen meats
Previous experience working in sales, commercial, and trade marketing areas
Strong planning skills and numbers understanding
Well spoken English, Arabic is a plus
Demonstrates strong communication skills
Demonstrate strong leadership skills
