الوصف الوظيفي Purpose: IT Specialist to provide quick and useful technical assistance on computer systems, VPN, CISCO Jaber and all other Ooredoo IT applications Context: Ooredoo Call center has over 600 employees and requires a dedicated IT Specialist to resolve all IT related matters of the staff B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Overview · Resolve IT related issues of agents of Call Center · Do remote troubleshooting wherever required using Ooredoo approved tools · Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel · Provide accurate information on IT products or services · Document incidents and problems and their resolution in logs · Follow-up and update the CC management on the progress Business orientation Provide timely IT resolution to the Call center agents · Record and Report all IT related incidents · Share Daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports · Suggest improvements in the current IT structure Communicating, negotiating & influencing · Provide permanent solutions to frequently recurring IT problems · Effective Communication with CC agents المهارات Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge · 2 years of experience in Call Center operations · Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Minimum Entry Qualifications Bachelors in Telecommunication. Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control D. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS · IT uptime of 99.99% · Expertise of MS Office specially MS Excel, MS WORD and MS PowerPoint E. KEY RELATIONSHIPS & DECISION MAKING Reports to Manager Team working, coaching, guiding Coordinate with all other sections regarding IT requirement Maintain the incident reports for all departments Decision-making authority Decisions are made in conjunction with the floor supervisor to minimise IT downtime Business impact of role By accurate and timely resolutions enables the agents to increase their productivity Ensure 99.99% uptime of all systems and applications F.
