L2 Network Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
1. Minimum of four years of Level 2 experience with debugging, diagnosing and troubleshooting skillsets.

2. In-depth knowledge in Routing & Switching technologies in multi-product/protocol/hybrid environments.

3. Awareness in networking tools such as traffic generators, analysers, etc.

4. Adequate skillset and experience with IP Networking L2/3 Protocols, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, IS-IS, STP, MPLS, as well as an emphasis on SNMP.

5. Good understanding of cloud based products like Azure, AWS, etc

6. Hands on experience with scripting for automating basic tasks in networking

7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.

9. Experience in Incident/event management tools

10. Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with internal/external senior level business stakeholders.

11. Very god level of IT literacy.

المهارات
1. BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent in years of progressive experience in Service Provider environments.

2. Valid CCNP/CCIP or equivalent certification is a must.

3. Able to work in shifts in a 365x24x7 environment in Ooredoo Enterprise Support Centre, with a flexibility in work hours when needed.
