Generate Monthly Sales and Marketing Reports, & consolidate YTD figures.
Review and finalizes tender cost estimates and prepare estimation in terms of the required Material as per of quantities, amount of work, material/ equipment/ and manpower Requirements during the tendering if needed
Liaise with our suppliers negotiate and subcontractors for various supplies / material as per Project (pre/post Tender).
Finalize estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for division manager.
Monitor/Reference all Communications from/to Division.
Organizing the Division Head work, organize meetings and coordinate with concerned engineer
Monitor/Reference all Technical Quotations from Division.
Monitor/Reference all Technical Proposals & supporting documentation.
Generate Competitive Reports compared to competitors commercially.
Arrange for all necessary meetings either scheduled or casual ones.
Work out & follow up Minutes of Meeting with all concerned.
Systemize & update all Customers filing system.
Work out all official correspondences for the Division.
Work out all Technical Tender Documentation & Requests for Quotations.
Handle Customer Queries & direct each query to all concerned.
