Purpose
The Operational Excellence Division is responsible for the assessment of organizational policies, tracking the gaps closure and reporting exceptions to management. The department is also responsible to identify deficiencies in the process as compared to adopted ISO standards, coordinate with all relevant stakeholders on remediation, and take initiatives for continual improvement.
Job Role
Support the coordination for the achievement and maintenance of all Ooredoo international management system certifications
Provide trainings and workshops to all relevant stakeholders on the identified and suggested topics within the scope of department mandate.
Collect the quantitative data as and when required and analyse to come up with improvement measures/conclusions.
Lead and conduct the internal assessments in alignment with the requirements of international standards to identify continual improvement initiatives. This includes defining assessment scope, coordinate with assessment team (auditors and auditees), assessment execution and reporting.
Upload and track all the findings using an in-house developed automated system. Manage timely escalations, closure and reporting of open gaps.
Facilitate root cause analysis on identified non-conformities and get action plan developed.
Track the implementation of identified improvement initiatives until completion.
Support the assessment of approved policies, create the report on compliance issues and report them to management with support from manager.
Support on all related administrative activities within the area of operational excellence department. Some of these activities are:
Keep departmental processes, policies and related documents as current all the time.
Coordinate and support for group internal audit on OE(as and when needed), timely closure of highlighted gaps
Take improvement initiatives to enhance visibility of department within organisation
المهارات
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
8 years of relevant full-time work experience with minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of process documentation, internal audit against QHSE, BCMS and ISMS.
Understanding on telecom business, services and technology.
Basic knowledge of project management principles.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study; advanced degree preferred.
