We have job opportunities for the following Manager roles: Manager Nursing - Emergency المهارات 10+ years of progressive management experience in specialty area in an acute hospital setting in a North American Academic Institution, or equivalent in UK, Republic of Ireland, EU States, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand Current Nursing license for country of origin With GCC Clinical Experience in Supervisory or Managerial Roles •Work with the hospital activation team to ensure unit is meeting nursing standards for safe clinical practice. This will include but not limited to the following •Ensures policy, procedure, and practice are in place and consistent with hospital strategic direction/goals, medical practice, service delivery, and regulatory standards. •Identify patient referral sources and develop workflows/ Pathways to accommodate smooth intake process for patients support services to ensure workflows are established, tested and properly working •Establish required clinical workflows pertaining to medical and surgical patients in collaboration with other department and services •Establish and ensure proper unit readiness i.e. equipment, consumables, policies, and procedures. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/manager-nurse-4284127/ |
