Water Treatment Coordinator

Supervises staff to include prioritizing and assigning work; conducting performance evaluations; ensuring staff is trained; ensuring that employees follow policies and procedures; maintaining a healthy and safe working environment; and making hiring, termination, and disciplinary recommendations.
Oversees the daily operations and maintenance of water treatment plants, raw water intake facilities, terminal storage facilities and related equipment and systems.
Oversees facility functions including water quality sampling and monitoring, water treatment processes, and equipment maintenance; ensures compliance with established standards and regulations.
Monitors and performs adjustments to systems and equipment; administers quality control laboratory checks and flow rate adjustments; troubleshoots operational problems; maintains operational quality and water supply requirements.
Plans, organizes, and coordinates projects; identifies resource needs; monitors and tracks project activities and schedules. Maintains required documentation and records.
Assists in preparing budget input and budget tracking; assists in planning and program development; recommends system improvements and prepares related reports and estimates.
Manage records and information in any format, in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations and City policy, guidance and records retention schedule.
Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

المهارات
Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical maintenance;
Basic knowledge of electrical schematics;
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions;
Ability to work outdoors in harsh conditions.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
