LCC specializes in planning, design, engineering, installation, optimization and maintenance of both wireless and wireline systems:
As Country Manager you will be responsible for both Sales & Delivery and you will carry P&L;responsibility. Identifying and closing new business and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients will be a key task.
You would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams. Presentation, analytical and planning skills are essential. Above-average people management, customer service and leadership skills are crucial.
Should be a P&L;Owner with strong knowledge and experience of Growing Revenue, Fulfilling Delivery and achieving Revenue, EBITDA and Cash flow targets

Relevant experience in telecommunications sector required.
Should have a strong background on having managed Delivery/ Project Management
Arabic Speaking / Good communication skills
12-15 Years of experience
Experience in Sales and Delivery is an advantage
