The client is a multi billion-dollar investment firm with an appetite to invest in the Bio-Tech and Pharma sectors.

Source new opportunities to invest in the Bio-Tech & Pharmaceutical SectorsLead due diligence, financial modelling, feasibility studies and business case developmentAnalyze investment options and screening with the use of a variety of investment data and third-party advisorsPrepare investment memorandums and investment committee documentationManage the investment portfolio

Profile
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a top-tier investment bank in M&A;/ Leveraged Finance/ Sell-side Equity Research or a combination of the former and experience on the buy-side (asset management or private equity)Bachelors degree (or higher) from a top tier University in Economics / FinanceBuy-side experience is preferred, however sell-side can be consideredTrack record in evaluating investment opportunities & portfolio managementFinancial modeling and valuation skill-setStrong verbal and written skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft (World, Excel and Power Point)
