As a Change and Incident Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for overall quality of change and indicent maagement process for Vodafone Enterprise Customers and Internal IT & Network organizations
With us you will be delivering Production Operations change management services to multiple clients & manage internally initiated changes, across a wide variety of technical platforms
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Ability to influence, negotiate, persuade internal and external customers at all levels
Confidence to work with senior individuals
Proactive, flexible and must have an adaptable approach to their work and a proven track record demonstrating that they are - Team player, strong influence and relationship management skills, and customer centric
Configuration of core ITIL Processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service catalogue, Knowledge, Service Asset and Configuration Management (CMDB)
المهارات
Apply if you have..
University Degree in Computer Science/ IT
+4 years’ experience in Investigative or Incident Response environments
Experience on Ticketing Tools Like BMC, Service
Service Management experience and Knowledge of ITIL Certified/Trained
Strong communication and Decision-Making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests across Operating Company
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Good Report Writing Skills
