Manage a team of corporate counsel and other members of the legal department.Advise the executives and employees on changes to the laws affecting the company.Oversee lawsuits, possibly acting as chief litigator.Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
