Manager-Cleaning & Services Division required for company locates In Qatar :
The Role:
12. The Cleaning Division Manager coordinates and manages his team to provide cleaning services in environments such as businesses, schools, hospitals and Government Departments.
13. Manages the entire Cleaning & Services Division Team, by allocating appropriate duties and responsibilities. He is the team builder through inspiration, motivation, guiding and developing people. Sets and communicates the target schedule at the beginning of each contract that is signed with the clients.
14. The Manager ensures through his team that the cleaning is done to contract specification.
15. Tasks include but not limited to:
Training, supervising and motivating cleaning staff , which is recruited through the Company’s established recruitment policies
Ensuring inspection of completed work and continuous monitoring of quality of services rendered.
Ensuring well planned ordering cleaning materials in a timely manner, plan and coordinate with Materials & Purchasing Division for meeting monthly supplies for all project sites
Arranging maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment,
Controlling a budget
Pricing contracts;
Visit sites to check work in progress, intermittently to monitor the performance of staff and take the necessary action to manage performance
Establishes relationships with key customers in the market. Communicates with Principals and customers, and regulators.
Maintains good and healthy relationship with clients, negotiates deals and liaises with clients
Keeps himself abreast of the latest amendments or changes in the Government regulations regarding marketing and pricing of products from time to time which have a direct bearing on Company’s pricing.
Follows up to acquire new clients and contracts to insure continuous profitable business for the Division
Pursues actively to acquire new agencie
16. Protects the confidentiality of all information that is provided or obtained relating to all aspect of the business owners, distributors, agents, suppliers, associates and customers. Safeguards the property and assets of the company. Discharging the duties with highest integrity and professional ethics
17. Ensures compliances to all policies and processes within the company unit and extending full cooperation towards the internal external audits conducted by the Management Representatives.
18. Holds responsibilities for yearly sales and profit forecast and targets.
The Applicant:
5. A degree in any discipline, preferably, in Science or its equivalent.
6. A minimum of 10 years experience in cleaning services industry with reputable Companies, preferably in the Middle East.
7. Candidates possessing a City & Guilds of London Institute Certificate in Cleaning Science Supervision, or a Certificate and Diploma in Cleaning Principles and/or membership with British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) will have an edge over others.
8. Excellent communications skills in written and spoken Arabic and English are must.
9. Possesses Technical Skills, good knowledge of Cleaning industry.
10. Possesses good knowledge of budgeting and basic understanding of business and financial management.
11. Possesses abilities to identify, implement and control projects leading to an increase of sales and profits.
12. Possesses ability to make good verbal presentation and written Communication with clients and principals.
13. Possesses good interpersonal skills with all levels in company, internal and external clients.
14. Age: Preferred age shall be between 35 and 45
