Business Development Manager urgently required for company locates In Qatar :
The Role:
1. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new territories, expand & follow up on new opportunities, build long term relations with existing and targeted clients.
2. Will be responsible for organizing and setting tools to achieve plans and targets (set strategies, develop policies, business visits, exhibitions, defining terms and conditions, close sales agreements.)
3. Will forecast demand for potential and managed territories (develop new/different product sales).
4. Will follow on competition; Prices, new products and strategies.
• Allocating, recruiting (when needed), assist and manage necessary sales team in growing territories.
• Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to cover sales and marketing.
5. Build referral and lead generation network
6. Develop the corporate brand strategy
• Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
• Implement business models so as to create new ventures
• Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programmes
The Applicant:
1. A Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent in marketing and management or any related field with demonstrative competencies in managing and driving sales with marketing experience, knowledge in product development.
2. Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills and a hard working “can-do” attitude, high commercial acumen and a record of confidence in dealing with middle managers through to decision makers.
3. Excellent negotiation skills
4. Must be a team player, open-minded and be able to fit a multicultural and multilingual environment.
5. Must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Must be result-oriented and capable of making highly-effective sales calls, as well as manage multiple tasks successfully.
7. Age: Preferred age shall be between 35 and 45
