IT Specialist (SAP Basis) Lead SAP Basis and Unix

•Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
•Possess at least 15 years of experience in IT in a variety of areas of IT operations, with at least 8 years’ responsibility in SAP Basis administration (ABAP and JAVA stack) of SAP Product: ERP, BW, Portal, GRC, Content Server, TREX, Solution Manager, and other new implemented SAP Products / Solutions
•Must have good technical knowledge in multiple Operating systems (HP-UX, Solaris, Linux and Windows), databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MAX DB)
•Postgraduate qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science & engineering desirable
•Eligibility for membership of a relevant professional association desirable
•Demonstrable experience in team leadership and in influencing upwards in an organization
•Have leadership capability and a personality to inspire team members in a multi-cultural environment
•Very good Project Management skills
•Must possess good English communication skills (both oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant professional personality
•Ability to adapt multicultural work environment
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
