•Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering with minimum of 15+ years of overall IT experience in Systems Support in IT enterprise environment of 4000+ users.
•Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience on Microsoft software infrastructure, including Administration of Microsoft Windows Servers 2003/2008, Active Directory, backups/restores, patching and systems upgrades.
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, leading systems admin team in installing, supporting and upgrading Microsoft infrastructure in an enterprise. Experience in SAN/NAS configuration, preferably in EMC environment is also required.
•Some experience of managing data center in an enterprise with more than 500 servers.
•Good knowledge of IT security, Controls & Networks infrastructure, with planning and execution experience of IT infrastructure projects.
•Good to have anyone of Microsoft certification( MCSE, MCITP, MCM, MCSM)
•Must possess good English communication skills (both oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant professional personality
•Ability to adapt multicultural work environment
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
