A. Job Description and Function
1. Responsible for all the administration and human resources of the company.
2. Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
3. Accomplishes staff resulting by communicating job expectation; planning, monitoring and appraising job results: coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; initiating and enforcing system, policies and procedures.
4. Provides supplies by identifying needs for Co-Managers, Cargo Control Room, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Security and Reception stationary supplies; establishing policies and procedures for using the supplies.
5. Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval system.
6. Improves programs and services quality by devising new applications; updating procedures, evaluation system results with users. To work together with TGM and all Department Managers.
7. Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances. To work together with TGM and all Department Managers.
B. Qualification and Skill
1. Must be at least 5 years of work experiences as an Administration / Human Resources Manager
2. Must be with computer knowledge. (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
3. Must be able to speak, read and write English.
C. Finance
Controls the Admin/HR department budget
