Operations Manager – Automatic Restaurant (Lebanese OR Jordanian national)

One of Oman’s leading Group is into Restaurant business. It has 4 Automatic Restaurants. The Operations Manager is a senior position. He will have 4 Outlet Managers under him + Cooks, Waiters and other Staff numbering over 100. He will report to the GM.
10 – 12 year experience out of which at least 3 years as a Manager of a chain of Restaurants. Should have very good English communication skills. Should have skills to calculate food costs, motivate team members, write reports. Good PC skills.
Basic + Housing + Car + Annual passage + Medical.
