Urgent Required: Inside Sales/Customer Care - French Speaking

RESPONSIBILITIES:

: Convert phone calls, chats, emails from customers into dental & medical bookings at any of our partner dental or medical clinics. 
: Coordinate appointment bookings between dental/medical providers and patients in French/ English.
: Recommend promotions which can help patients save money on their medical or dental treatment
: Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
: Daily tracking and monitoring of Sales funnel, conversions, and projections
: Proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns
: Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries or complaints
: Upgrade patients by recommending higher-value dental or medical treatments
: Capture customer information, including email addresses, phone numbers, desired healthcare destination & medical/dental procedures for future follow-up
: Adjust sales presentation based on success/fail averages
: Coordinate with other departments (Sales managers, Marketing department);
: Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
