Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support for foreigner customers
• Registering customers’ problems and requests
• Monitoring and classifying all incoming documents and information
• Assignment of unresolved cases to the next line of support
• Following customer service standards

Qualification:
• Very good knowledge of German language in written and spoken
• Communicative level of English language
• Willingness to work in Poland (Bydgoszcz)
• Good command of computer literacy - MS Office
