Role Summary
Analyze financial information and conduct various analysis from sector analysis to opportunity review to produce forecasts of business and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions and follow up on business growth.
Main Accountabilities
• Oversee and assess the operations and financial status of potential companies including inspection of documents, facilities, assets, inventories etc…
• Conduct sector analysis and produce sector review documents comprising: supply/demand reviews, value chain reviews, growth perspectives, benchmarks, potential investment venues, competitors, etc. in order to provide recommendations
• Review the feasibility studies received from potential companies, prepare the financial analysis, financial models, business plan and other financial valuation reports
• Prepare presentations to the Fund Manager and discuss with him related outcome
• Follow-up on companies financial status and present periodic reports
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in finance from a reputable university
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance or CFA is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong experience in sector analysis, financial analysis and financial modeling
• Excellent command of Arabic and English. French is a plus
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office specially Excel
• Multi-industry exposure is a plus
