Business Development Manager

A major coaching company located in Beirut suburbs is in active search for a Business Development Manager with the following description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop business plans which include projected targets, potential market penetration, risk analysis, and business feasibility;
• Explore market needs and research potential customers;
• Identify trends and ideas for similar industries as well as events and publication
• Research companies shifting line of activities within the market;
• Contact business partners and develop negotiation strategy;
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to gain knowledge of future market trends and customer needs;
• Launch innovative ideas and meet targets;
• Participate in industry events, professional organizations and review professional publications, to keep current with major activities within the market;
• Report and communicate daily with the Managing Director to ensure adherence to business plan;
• Prepare a weekly agenda within the action plan;
• Generate market analysis, reports and presentations as needed;
Job Qualifications:
• Master in Business Administration
• Experience in the training and development field. Knowledge in coaching practices is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French
• Experience in Business development through design and implementation processes
• Wide knowledge in Customer Relation Management
