Receive training proposals from clients in both the government and private sectors.
Communicate with clients to understand their training needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
Coordinate and schedule training programs, ensuring that all required resources are available
Coordinate with trainers to ensure that they are fully prepared for training sessions and have all necessary resources and materials
Monitor training sessions to ensure they are running smoothly and make any necessary adjustments
Collect and analyze feedback from clients and trainers to improve training programs
Prepare training reports and provide regular updates to management
Manage training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the training program remains relevant and effective
المهارات
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Arabic).
Prior experience in training companies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
