Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, target markets and brand positioning.
Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals including hiring , training, coaching and managing performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social, events and PR.
Drive demand generation programs to support sales including lead generation, nurturing and conversion.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasting and tracking marketing spend and ROI.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Identify and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, industry influencers and partners.
Manage marketing communication including the creation of marketing collateral , product positioning and messaging.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , business or related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing with proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing programs that drive business growth.
Strong leadership and management skills with experience in developing high performing teams.
Excellent strategic thinking , analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels including social media, SEO, PPC events and PR.
Excellent in communication and interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience in B2B marketing, Project Management and working with enterprise level clients.
