Store Supervisor - FMCG - Super Markets

• Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.

• Hiring and Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies.

• Oversee all aspects of the dealership’s market, including merchandising, floor layout, products displayed, displays, and the space’s overall appearance and ambiance.

• Assist with budgeting, planning, and finances related to the market.

• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers.

• Meeting with the design and construction company to discuss design concepts and materials options for the market.

• Reviewing sales figures to determine which designs are popular with customers and which need improvement.

• Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and needs.

• Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
