Role & Responsibility:
§ Assist in handling the process of new joining customers, preparing documents and coordinating with other departments.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to all customer inquiries and offer the necessary services to achieve departmental and companywide objectives.
Obtain customer feedback and channel the information to the relevant departments.
Identify, document and inform higher level management on trends relating to subscriber/customer requests.
Ensure friendly and professional welcoming to subscriber/customer calls and visits.
To maintain a level of product, services and technical knowledge sufficient to accurately advise subscribers/walk-in individuals on the entire range of services.
Assist in the preparation of invoices to customers and subscribers.
Ensure quality and effectiveness of subscriber/customer self-inquired reports.
Follow-up on subscribers/customers’ requests.
Generate customer inquiry reports
Keep up to date with external regulations relating to day to day operations of the department
المهارات
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
Experience
3-5 years of experience in Banking – Retail, Corporate or Private departments
