Reviewing sales insights and using them to develop informed sales strategies
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing and all other matters related
to revenue generation
making promotional offers and displaying them appropriately on the website
managing and executing promotional campaigns, providing insights on customer shopping trends, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect
needs and generate product development ideas
working closely with operation and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time
analyzing and providing reports on a weekly or monthly basis for each department, product or offer
reviewing customers’ concerns, needs and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process for buying products online
reviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand status
conducting research on user-friendly features and layouts that appeal the most to customers
Identify, engage and assist in the development of vendor programs for new product lines
المهارات
BSc degree or equivalent.
2-3 years experience in same field
