الوصف الوظيفي Purpose: • The Factory Manager is to organize, manage and maintain all aspects of technical services, an infrastructure including product design, production planning, production and post-production systems, effective and efficient capacity utilization, equipment maintenance, and quality control systems. • To lead, motivate and empower staff through effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback, and team building, in order to maximize customer satisfaction, business results, employees’ satisfaction, and team productivity. Other: • Can work alone on a single large project or service multiple projects simultaneously • Required to comply with Quality System and work within predetermined deadlines and cost parameters • Ability to function well within a team environment where the objective is always bigger than the individual المهارات • Respond in a timely and efficient manner to all technical issues and problems that arise in production • Product design and development, including designing Wooden Products which meet customer requirements and specifications. Produce and maintain product masters, bill of materials, and production process routes; • Manage the production and maintenance and quality control departments to ensure availability of adequate technical coverage on and off-site on a daily basis round the clock • Provide leadership in the maintenance, quality, and production departments • Prepare and make presentations on projects, operations, and expansion proposals to the board of directors • Be responsible for planning and procurement of the technical capital equipment; • Prepare and lead the effective implementation of maintenance schedule for all technical equipment; • Ensure up-to-date technical competency of all operational and engineering employees to perform their roles; • Plan, design, and implement system changes, expansion, and carry out special projects as directed by the CEO; • Be familiar with current technologies and ensure the expansion of knowledge and skills to the staff; • Manage and maintain the function’s operating forecasts and budgets; • Liaise with the personnel department to ensure effective recruitment, selection, orientation, and evaluation of the functional team • Implement improvements on the product design and lead research & development and commercialization of new products • Ensure that the Health and Safety system and Quality Control and management systems are in place and adhered to. • Set targets and standards of performance for function team members • Implement policies and procedures for the technical department • Manage overall equipment effectiveness and efficient capacity utilization • Represent the company in standard bodies and other associations • Manage technical exchange program with group companies and technical partners • Ensure products are produced in conformance to standards’ specifications and customer requirements تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/wood-factory-manager-4588418/ |
