Help in troubleshooting the problem related to HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil

Preparing contract for Building Automation System for All KJSR building. Inspecting the breakdown work and acting to resolve the matter. Managing a team of Engineers, Supervisors, and technicians.

Checking if the HVAC and Mechanical works are carried out as per contract document and consultant approval.

Checking for design errors in the HVAC and Mechanical System. Inspecting the new KJSR main building and finding out the snag points. Inspection of VAV calibration work for new Admin building.

Inspecting the installation work for Variable flow AHUs, Constant flow AHU, all types of fans, Chillers, Pumps, Thermal storage system with heat Exchangers.

Supported MEP team to prepare sequence of operation for all HVAC equipment. Ability to solve problem when arises.

Review Shop drawing and check whether the work is carried out as per approved drawing.

Checking and reviewing drawing during the design stages of a new building and recommending for changes in terms of Energy saving.

Coordinates with company for vehicles, forklifts, crane as per site requirements. Coordinate and supervise the works related to passenger elevators, lighting, hydraulic equipment, fountains, and HVACI Mechanical pumps

Coordinating the existing contractor for HVAC, landscaping, cafeteria, and pest control.

Worked on all the type of systems like Chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, Fan coil units, DX units, Mini Splits, water treatment system, Firefighting system, Plumbing system, and Electrical System.

Coordinating with the Accounts department to prepare monthly invoices and getting approval from clients.

Supervise the on-going new projects. Controlling the budget of the project.

AUTOCAD 2010, Software HAP Version 4.8 MEP
