الوصف الوظيفي Key of responsibilities & duties - Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company - Provide assistance and direction to employees - Support worker communication with the management team - Coordinate and manage the ice rink operations schedules - Direct and oversee monthly maintenance checks - Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring and reviewing job contributes - Maintain safe and healthy work environment - Planning events and competitions - Overseeing training for staff - Dealing with the budget and make financial control - Performs other duties as required. المهارات a.) Education qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or equivalent. b.) Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience as Operations Manager or similar role. c.) Functional Knowledge: - Extensive knowledge in event management - Event Planning d.)
