Responsible for selling FMCG products for existing and new customers to ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through proper planning to deliver the budget. Will lead a team of merchandisers to ensure plans are met properly. Provide high customer service and know how to maintain proper professional relationship.
Responsibilities:
Implementing the strategic objectives and KPIs for the sales department.
Proper reporting of results and possible areas of development.
Budget and Cost Control
Understanding his/her budget and how to deliver it and what is required for him/her to deliver it.
Weekly monitoring the sales budget and ensuring that budgets are achieved.
Minimize sales return by finding ways on how to move or liquidate the stocks within the retail stores.
Review sales report and ability to develop his own if required.
Ensure visibility agreements implementations.
Plan and agree merchandisers visits schedule.
Manage the business relationship with the customers in store personal.
Ensure proper flow of customer orders and coordinate the deliveries with the logistics.
المهارات
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the same or related field
Proven track record in sales, distribution, and financial management
Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
