The main responsibility of the role is to ensure all customer needs are intended to, providing thorough feedback on the vehicle valuation, handling all vehicle inspection reports, communicating with traders, and ensuring a smooth sale process for the customer by providing them with the cash and vehicle transfer requirements. ● Assists customers in selling their vehicles at the best price possible ● Provides thorough explanation of online motor valuation to customer ● Contact point for customer throughout the sale process and ensures vehicle inspection report is issued and uploaded on platform ● Secures sales and final approval of bids from customers ● Liaises with traders on customer approval of bid in order to complete sale process ● Secures payment from trader and to customer for motor sale ● Ensures all necessary documents are secured for the sale of the motor for the customer and trader ● Handles all necessary documentation of motor transfer from client to trader ● Handling and attending to any inquiries from customers, traders, and vehicle inspection centers ● Maintains a positive, ongoing, and professional attitude towards customers, traders, and vehicle inspection centers at all times ● Provides customer with all information required to buy their vehicle ● Coordinates with third party vehicle inspectors for all vehicle inspections ● Achieves budgeted Volume and Gross Margin targets ● Ensure that the vehicle inspection is accurately captured in Vehicle inspection form and the value is derived appropriately ● Responsible to secure and grow number of traders and vehicles on the platform ● Keeps abreast of current market and valuation of used vehicles ● Provides periodic sales reports ● Provide excellent customer service values to customers المهارات ● Strong sales experience, (3-4 years) in the Automotive Industry. ● Experienced in buying cars, with the ability to negotiate and close deals in order to reach monthly sales targets. ● Attention to detail to ensure quality inspections. ● Team-player. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/auto-sales-expert-4438340/ |
