الوصف الوظيفي Job Role: · Ability to understand customer maintenance spare parts requirements and advise on the selection of correct spare parts by referring to correct spare parts manuals. · Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales to ensure parts availability and selling of parts · Selling and advising of sales and services for existing and new clients • Provide accurate spare parts offers and Tailor made solutions to for client’s maintenance by estimating all costs involved and pass equipment technical and engineering information by answering client’s questions and requests. • Establish new relationships while maintaining existing relationships with customers. Understand the decision making unit & decision making process of each customer. • Negotiate offer prices, terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs and closing sales. • Follow up on parts deliveries and assist in collections of dues where necessary. • Preparation of weekly call plans, weekly visit reports and any other reports when necessary. • Gather information on customer machine population and update data base. · Address problems and communicate efficiently with customers and/or service department to a timely resolution. · Maintain equipment population records by customer follow-up and tracking lost sales · Aggressively promote all current service and parts programs while utilizing telephone sales المهارات Kuwait Transferable residence at least 3 years experience in similar field Desire to growth تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/spare-parts-sales-executive-heavy-machinery-4346940/ |
