الوصف الوظيفي · Review customer invoices and ensure accuracy in line with Policies and Procedures Manual Monitor financial, efficiency and productivity results of the service department daily to ensure monthly targets will be achieved · Report any deviations to immediate Manager Monitor results of Customer questionnaires and take appropriate action to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained · Randomly inspect and road test at least one vehicle per week after quality control to ensure high levels of quality are maintained · Regularly monitor competitors activities to ensure labour rates remain completive whilst profitable · Approve body shop staff vacation and overtime · Monitor execution and effectiveness of workshop incentive scheme · Identify staffing needs, participate in interviewing panels and take hiring decisions · Monitor that high safety and security standards are implemented and that workshop cleanliness is maintained at all times · Ensure regular body shop promotions are organized and monitor their progress and effectiveness · Ensure that all information regarding the Body shop functions are well documented and filed, regular reports are issued on time and any deviations are reported and corrective action is taken · Ensure body shop buildings, and equipment are managed and maintained in optimum condition · Ensure cannibalization policy strictly followed · Actively market Body shop operations to ensure budgets are achieved · Continually research new body shop business and implement if viable and approved, Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by immediate manager · Ensure that WIP and all other ledgers are maintained المهارات Should be in Kuwait and prefer who is immediate تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/automotive-bodyshop-manager-4271402/ |
