الوصف الوظيفي · Maintain safe and secure environment. · Ensure that he will have all supported tools needed to repair any faced technical issues to any machines. · Ensure that he checks the machine general condition during each visit and report any expected disruption. · To ensure that monthly preventive maintenance is executed as planned and conducted for each machine by obtaining a specific schedule for this purpose. · Effective daily attendance mechanism and report any absents or sick leaves to Direct Supervisor and Human Resources Department. · Effective time management implementation to ensure tasks and assignments are effectively. · Ensure that all staff and employees in his vehicles are carrying their valid QID, Health card, license and food handling certificate at all times (Can be in the van) and report any expiry issues to Direct Manager and HR. · Ensure that the employees are using the company uniform and that its tidy. · Ensure employees are in compliance with local regulations required to perform their duties. · Effective follow up process (Set a specific completion dead line for every assignment) and time management techniques. · Ensure that machines will be cleaned after any repair. · Ensure that the received spare parts or tools from the store are in line with the store requisition and ensure that its controlled in the car to avoid any damage or loss. · To Ensure full compliance with the company set SOPs and Procedures. · To Ensure that standard forms are effectively used. · To ensure that cash payments are reduced and follow the stipulations provided by the direct manager. Any balanced tools or spare parts to be ordered in advance and in a timely manner. · To ensure that correct backups are attached to all invoices (in case of any). · To Ensure that all expenses are pre authorized and that all back ups are attached with any expenses report. · Cost control oriented. Supportive Function: · To assist the batch team members. · To assist during inventories. Responsibilities and Authorities: · Employee relations: Maintains good relations with all operation employees, department heads and warehouse employees. · Equipment: Responsible for the proper handling of computer back-ups. · Business contacts: The Company Suppliers and colleagues only. المهارات The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities: · Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. · Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader. · Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business regulations and SOPs. · Must be able to apply simple mathematical operations related to his daily work. · Must be able to define problems and report to direct manager.
