The Organization:

Our client is a large private hospital in the state of Kuwait. Their dedication towards development and growth is reflected in the ongoing expansion. Care is provided through a competent and diverse team of health care professionals in multiple departments, utilizing the latest technology and applying evidence-based practices

Duties & Responsibilities:

Our client is hiring a Laboratory Technician. The responsibilities include:

Conducting and supporting scientific investigations and experiments;
Planning, setting up and undertaking controlled experiments and trials;
Recording and analysing data;
Demonstrating procedures;
Collecting, preparing and/or testing samples;
Maintaining, calibrating, cleaning and testing sterility of the equipment;
Providing technical support;
Presenting results to senior staff;
Writing reports, reviews and summaries;
Keeping up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments;
Supervising staff;
Carrying out risk assessments;
Ordering and maintaining stock and resources.
المهارات
Skills & Competencies:

Requires skills and knowledge in using specialized equipment for specimen analyses;
Skills in operating and using computers and certain computer software applications associated with a variety of lab equipment are also necessary;
Requires effective communications and interpersonal skills.

Education & Qualifications:

Must have 3+ years of experience;
Must have Master’s degree in Biochemistry or related science field is required;
Relevant expertise in the field required to handle function independently.
