الوصف الوظيفي • Estimates cost of repair and prepares itemized work order, listing costs of parts and labor • Deal with customer face to face and over the phone • Check that the vehicle documentation is correct • Verifies and updates vehicle information on computer • Raise job cards and invoices • Coordinate with customers to identify and record the fault or services required. • Extensively liaise with clients and respective internal department or workshop etc. related to estimated time of job completion and to arrange alternative temporary replacement courtesy vehicle for client’s usage. • Books the customer vehicles for services and repairs. • Prepares overall progress and invoicing. • Arranges the collection and delivery of customer vehicles. • Performs any other tasks as assigned by the manager as per business requirements. المهارات • Bachelors in Technical/Mechanical field preferred. • 3 + years of experience in automotive/mechanical work, with a minimum of 1 year of similar experience to the responsibilities outlined above تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/service-advisor-4252256/ |
