Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the café
• Recruit staff levels (baristas & Head Baristas) in the cafe to achieve desired performance
• Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk and other ingredients)
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
• Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks)
• Ensure the efficient management of the F.O.H & B.O.H at the cafes
• Responsible for operations manuals updates and developments
• Conduct monthly audits of B.O.H in the café.
• Supervise the café activities and ensure compliance to all company standards to increase all sales of labor costs and prepare various reports accurately and within time frame.
• Prepare estimates of all food and beverage costs and coordinate with corporate staff and assist to purchase all required supplies and place required orders for all distributors and ensure response to all complaints

Work Experience Requirements:
• Work experience as a Cafe Manager or Barista
• Bachelor’s degree
• Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
• Good math and analysis skills
• Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
