Provide administrative and clerical support to top managementPlan and schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
Arrange for outgoing mail packages to be picked up
Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly
Prepare agenda for meetings and take minutes.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
Make travel and guest arrangementsReceive and relay telephone messages
Develop & maintain hardcopy and electronic filing system
Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager.
Answer and direct phone calls Maintain contact
المهارات
Has 5-10 years Experience as CEO Office Manager
Males are preffered
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to details Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
Strong organizational and planning skills Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners and fax machines
