Precast Draftsmen (Civil , Architect, Structure)

الوصف الوظيفي
• Create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations.
• Create and store drawings electronically using computer aided design and drafting systems and using archiving system
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects
• Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
• Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages, according to required mediums and specifications for reproduction, using blueprinting, photography, or other duplicating methods.
• Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts.
• Supervise and train other technologists, technicians and drafters.
• Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary.
• Calculate weights, volumes, and stress factors and their implications for technical aspects of designs.
• Determine quality, cost, strength and quantity of required materials, and enter figures on materials lists.
• Coordinate between Electro-Mechanical works.
• prepare structural drawings in CAD by incorporating construction techniques
• priority to allow sufficient time for planning of production and execution of work on site
المهارات
• Diploma in civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field
• Experience with Governmental Projects
• Good communications skills (Verbal/Writing)
• AutoCad is a Must & any other Designs computer system is a Plus
• Fluent in English Language (Written & Verbal communications)
• Bi-lingual is a Plus
