Job at this level perform work under general supervision with accountability for staff supervision and are responsible for preparing work schedules, instruct and train personnel, in addition to management for projects executions. Instructions are received on specific complex features and possible solutions.
Instructs trains and supervises a crew of skilled, semi-skilled workers engaged to performing installation works.
Trains personnel in proper use of equipment and material
Plans and schedules work for the group, ensuring proper distribution of the assignments and adequate manning, space and facilitates for subsequent performance duties
Estimates time and materials for projects and determines sequence of operations and methods to be used
Participates in performing one or more operations as needed
Inspects completed work compliance with the blueprints, specifications and instructions; directs any rework or modifications
Submits daily reports for hour worked, equipment and material used and worked performed.
Verifies record of employee overtime and tools
Recommends various personnel actions including but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisal, promotion and vacation schedule
Issue requisitions of material tools and equipment as needed to complete the assigned projects
Prepares completes works checklist and completed works
المهارات
Technical school graduate and 5-7 years technical experience in the related field
Professional in reading blueprints, and drawing freehand sketches
Excellent knowledge of related engineering tools
Excellent knowledge of safety precautions
Ability to train subordinate personnel
Knowledge of the operation
Ability to write technical report
