Restaurant Managerٌٌ
Requirements: -
• Previous working experience as a restaurant manager
(minimum 2 years).
• Experienced with food types, quality and ingredients, control the operational cost and identify measures to cut waste.
• Experience in food costing.
• Experience in testing and managing customers complains.
• He should have a background about suppliers in Kuwait.
• Negotiation skills
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
• Strong personality & having leadership skills to manage staff well and able to take reaction if someone doesn’t follow the roles.
• Requirements for excellence in English (Arabic is Plus).
• Starting from 30-July-2019 To 31-Aug-2019
**Prefered Lebanese or Asians.
