الوصف الوظيفي Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients/accounts Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion Manage account(s) within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals Identifies and capture opportunities to grow business with existing clients Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service Keep records of client transactions Representing client’s interests by effectively identifying and communicating business goals and objectives, contractual and non-contractual expectations, deliverable, and other factors to internal team members Scheduling and organizing client account calls, meetings, presentations and delivery of related materials and reports Utilize analytics and other relevant data to identify key performance indicators, make data driven decisions to drive business recommendations and to communicate client’s return on investment Identifying and presenting opportunities for growth in the client relationship to internal and external stakeholders Manage and optimize resources required for the account(s) Report to the Senior Operations Manager – DCEO on account(s) status, sales figures and suggest improvements المهارات Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role from 1-3 years Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to details Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity Ability to prioritize among competing tasks Excellent time and project management skills Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, sales or relevant Field Solid experience with relevant CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) CPA certification preferred These are the qualities the employee needs to possess to be successful in this position Core Competencies: Integrity Excellence Innovation Problem Solving Non-functional Competencies: Communication & Negotiation Skills Project Management Customer Focus Time & Stress Management تفاصيل الوظيفة |
