A Barista is responsible in ensuring that store standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products within a friendly, welcoming and clean store environment
Requirements:
•Excellent command of English
•Customer focused
•Lively and energetic personality required
•At least 1 year experience in a high volume, high energy
•High standard of personal presentation & hygieneKey
Responsibilities:
Provide legendary customer service to all customers by following standard in customer service
•Follow standards and guidelines for beverage preparation / housekeeping
•Follow daily objectives within service demand / duty schedules to ensure store is clean and stock is rotated and merchandised
•Follow cash handling procedures and till point policies
•Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines
•Contribute to store goals for increasing sales / add-on sales
