Procuring construction materials and equipment in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Analyzing market trends and negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials.
Coordinating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve procurement issues.
Evaluating suppliers’ performance, delivery, and quality of goods and services.
Preparing and managing procurement schedules and budgets.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations related to procurement.
Providing technical assistance and support to project teams regarding procurement activities.
Ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and expenditures.
المهارات
Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
Years of experience 3-5 maximum.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement-related documentation.
Familiarity with relevant software programs such as procurement management systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of legal and contractual requirements related to procurement.
